Patient Labs

In this episode of the FlexSim Healthcare Instructional Video Series, we will demonstrate a couple different ways to model processes (like lab work) that are separate from the patient’s main process flow. First we’ll show how it can be done within the patient’s process flow and then how to do it within a separate general process flow.

You will learn how to dynamically create and move flow items (representing lab samples) inside the 3D model using special activities within a process flow. You will also learn how to use the Create Tokens activity and a List representing patient lab results.

This demonstration uses a small urgent care center model that was built in a different video.
